We celebrated the 4th in style
with a rented water slide and slip-n-slide
Lots of people came
Lots - 28 vehicles full to be exact. Most are Chevrolet fans
There were nice big fans outside to keep everyone cool
Everybody had a cup with their name on it
Plenty of silverware

And then there was the food. Lots and lots and lots of food.
We had buns to make sandwiches
barbeque
and hamburgers
Hot dogs
Baked beans
Potato salad
Sweet potato bites
and cole slaw
and pasta salad
a tomato salad
and corn salad
and deviled eggs
8 or so Mississippi watermelon and canteloupes.

Then there was dessert. Lots and lots and lots of dessert.

The food was so good I vote to celebrate it more than once a year. Mmmmmm. Mmmmm. Good.
