Shrimpfest was in Gulf Shores this weekend.
We went to it for the first time ever and walked around all the booths.
And listened to some of the live music.
There was even fun things to play on although we didn't play.
The newlyweds Mr and Mrs Smith were there, too.
And ate fried oreos.
I kid you not. Fried oreos. Only in the South...
Vendors were everywhere.
Hawking all kinds of unimaginable things.
Check out these wagons.
How cute would our kids look riding in this out to our pier? $550 is way too much but it's a neat idea.
Then we watched the sun sink behing the hotels.
The seagulls flocked for the shrimpfest, too.
There were as many seagulls there as people.
And a pirate ship parked along with cars from all over.
Arrggg!
What a fun family event!
