Bowling

My girls love, love, love to bowl.  So occasionally I will take them to the local bowling alley to take full advantage of their afterschool madness.  For only $8.00 they can bowl unlimited games for 2 1/2 hours plus they get a fountain drink and $5.00 game card for the arcade.  Needless to say, we take advantage pretty often.
We initially started going because Grace liked bowling so much, but Faith has been wanting to go to the "bow-inn ah-wee" (bowling alley), too.
And she likes to bowl all by herself.  Even when the ball weighs 8 pounds...
But she has her big sister to help her tote those heavy balls.
Grace likes to show her how it's done.
And then Faith tries to follow her example.
Both Grace and Faith really cheer when the pins start to fall.
Strike!  They can hardly believe it.
Then it's time for video games.
They really get into those games.  The attacking pirates are quite realistic, y'know.

Not much longer and it'll be time for summer bowling.   We're already signed up at kidsbowlfree.com for some free games to beat the heat.  If you haven't signed up you should.  Just click here, pick your state, and sign your kids up.  Then they can bowl 2 free games a day Monday-Friday all summer long (hours vary by location).  You just pay for shoe rental (or bring your own.)  An even better deal, is to add on the adults for a one-time fee of $24.95 and to 4 adults can bowl 2 games too each weekday, too.   We can hardly wait...
