Shelly and Garrett got married at a beautiful antebellum plantation home that was built in 1840. It was the perfect setting for their wedding.
.
The home is beautifully restored and truly captures the grace and charm of the Antebellum South.
An original gothic gazebo provides a serence place for relaxation and reflection.
This was the home's original kitchen.
The home is surrounded by over 100 acres of gardens, fields, and woods. There are several sitting areas throughout the grounds that invite you to cozy up with a tall glass of sweet tea.
There are two charming pergolas covered in century old wisteria located on either side of the summer pavilion.
This summer pavilion (the ceremony site) is surrounded by boxwoods, magnolias, camelias, dogwoods, and many 19th century plantings.
Finally, a beautiful three acre lake (site of the reception) completes the picturesque landscape.
