This morning is the first day of our cruise!
So we all slept in and then packed our bags.
We arrived at the cruise port just 15 minutes after leaving our house. David helped his daddy unload their carry-ons.
We had a lot of carry-ons.
After Embarkation, we were allowed on the ship.
The Carnival Elation.
It was a pretty drizzly day as we said goodbye to Mobile.
We waved to the Battleship.
And our condo. You see the white roofs across the water? That's our home.
Then we headed to our room for the beginning of our cruise. Next, we went to Spa Carnival hoping to win a $500 spa package. We didn't. But we did book a couples massage for tomorrow. We wait in eager anticipation for that! Later we enjoyed a nice dinner with family and then went to bed early. David and I have been sleep deprived lately and are looking forward to some much needed R&R this week.
