David caught dinner

David and I went fishing at our pier tonight.

Much to our surprise, we caught a big speckled trout!

So we brought him home and David cleaned him up.

And I cooked him for dinner!  I just used a little house seasoning (salt, pepper, and garlic powder) and pan fried him in the skillet.  Sorry I didn't take any after photos, but we were really hungry so as soon as he was cooked, we ate him.  Mmmm...good.  Next time, I promise to take more photos and post a recipe.
