It's football season and David and I are both Auburn alumni.
So, of course, Grace cheers for the Auburn tigers, too.
We've taught Grace to say, "Woar ee-dull!" (War Eagle!)
"Doe! Kie-gurrs!" (Go Tigers!) and the like.
After cheering for Auburn for a while, Grace asked, "Tan we teer for duh horseys now?"
(Can we cheer for the horseys now?)
And why not? To Grace horses are just more animals like the tigers.
Auburn did win this week. We beat Clemson 27-24 in overtime. It was a great game. Go tigers!
And horses, too, I suppose.
